Generally referred to as "thunder and lightening," the boys call it electricity and fireworks. A huge thunderstorm threatened all afternoon and forced us to swim in the indoor pool Friday afternoon instead of soaking in the sun outdoors. The storm finally rolled in sometime after dessert Friday night. The boys watched the clouds and rain at the window giggling with excitement. They didn't want to leave their perch but I told them they could pretend the shower was the rain and they agreed.
