The weather isn't the only thing that's hot and sweaty around here. DD is sick. He has a fever which makes him cranky and sluggish one minute, boisterous and active the next. He woke up Monday morning still hot so I decided to stay home with them. I had lunch ready to go in the morning thinking I was going to work so there was no reason to stay at home. So what is there to do with two little boys, one feverish, in the middle of a heatwave?
A long walk in the stroller.
Watch yourself on the security camera at the bank.
Drink an ice coffee (for me).
Eat chocolate doughnuts.
Throw coins in a water fountain.
Pick "caterpillars."
Drink mango and strawberry smoothies.
Lunch and a movie.
A long nap for the patient.
Tball cancelled.
