"Mommy Day"

The days that I work from home are referred to as "Mommy Day" in our house.  On Mommy Day, what I look forward to most is picking up each of them at school - DD at noon, BB a few hours later.  I'm always greeted with big smiles and tall stories. 

I'm not going to lie - with my new position, it would be much preferred (by those around me) if I were in the office all week.  Without kids, I wouldn't work from home much; it's lonely.  But it's hard to give up those smiles and stories that come with Mommy Day.  So that's the main reason for all of these stoop + chalk photos lately.  I'm tethered to the computer and phone so in order to enjoy this almost 70 degree weather, I have to stay close.
