Scenes From Saturday

We spent all of Saturday alternating between the city and the suburbs.  A trip out in the morning for classes and lunch, then back for shopping and some play, and then out again for dinner at friends' house.

Talk about moving to the suburbs dominated dinner conversation.  Yes, a move to the suburbs is necessary if you plan to attend public school.  And don't forget a backyard because our friends don't have a backyard or deck to speak despite the largeness of their house.  And who your neighbors are is a crapshoot.  They are surrounded on three sides with neighbors in close proximity and they don't like any of them.  That's a risk.  We drove home more confused than we were on our way there on the subject.
