Zoo Lights

 

 

 

 

 

On my list of holiday season to-dos are several winter light festivals (see the first one here).  Zoo Lights at the National Zoo has not been on our list in years past but we decided to give it a go this year and I'm so glad that we did.  The boys had such a great time running the entire span of the zoo looking at the festive light displays.  One of the highlights was the farm, a place that we have never (believe it or not) been.  The boys marveled at the cow - its size, its mooing.  A short train ride and a plate of curly fries later, we headed home.

We promised the boys we'd return soon.
