Taipei, Day 10 - Huashan 1914 Creative Park
Day 10 in Taipei was a Monday, which when on a vacation like the one we took, was to us a Saturday. We had a traditional Chinese breakfast in our neighborhood before making our way to Huashan 1914 Creative Park. You can read about the history, development and redevelopment of the park here. Huashan was one of those destinations that I hoped would be fun for all of us - interesting indoor and outdoor spaces for the kids to explore, and shopping, art and cafes for the grown-ups.
Lucky for us, there was a special program for kids about germs. The whole thing was in Chinese but no matter; we bought tickets and C accompanied the boys while I explored on my own. I'll let the photos do the talking - lots and lots to see, eat, buy, and do here. It was such a fun day.
