Fun Run + Lock 7

BB and C ran our school's annual Fun Run Saturday morning.  BB is a natural runner and stayed ahead of the pack throughout.  DD was too young but we'll do it as a family next year.  

The sun only got brighter as the day went on.  Instead of spending time in the car, we went to explore the C&O Canal again, this time at Lock 7.  From the tow path we hiked through the forest to reach the Potomac.  There buds on the trees and the bulbs in our yard have all pushed through.  Some have even bloomed.  The trees and flowers have grown impatient for Spring.
