After breakfast, just the two of us, DD and I took a leisurely walk in the Fall weather. He broke out his new blue jacket and dutifully held my hand (mostly) for a long walk and a trip to the bookstore. A venti coffee, pastries and a pair of kids' binoculars later, we came home to shed our jacket and sweater, pop lunch into the oven and grab the stroller to head over to the Crafty Bastards Fair. It's a crowded event and hectic for me because I'm shopping and trying to talk to all of the artists and take photos to cover it for Ohdeedoh. Watch for a post on it soon; I've got lots of pictures to show. Above is a photo of some of our purchases. After lunch and a freshly changed crib sheets, DD is finally asleep.
