Storm King, For the First Time

The great thing about a road trip is that nothing is set in stone.  Even at the tail end of our trip, we were still planning how to spend the last day before coming home.  The weather was supposed to be nice so we opted for an outdoor experience in the Catskills.

For a long time now, I've wanted to visit Storm King.  But it's more than an hour outside of Manhattan so it's not easy to get to from DC.  We needed to stretch our legs, have some lunch, and run around looking at sculptures.  It really was a great way to spend a few hours.  Of course, we weren't able to visit everything (I don't know that anyone can in one visit), but I am motivated to return soon, maybe in the fall.
