Summer is Getting Away from Me

Somehow it's July.  July!  The midpoint of summer.  This week is a short week with the 4th of July holiday.  It's kind of sad for us - our last 4th of July fireworks on our roof deck (here is last year and the year before).    We'll have to find a new place to celebrate next summer.  We had made plans to visit NYC for the long weekend - shop and eat and visit Uncle JJ.  With all the work we need to get done though, we've decided to stay put.  NYC will have to wait for another time.
