After the Storm

There ws some excitement over the weekend!  Did you hear?  We had ourselves quite a storm here in D.C.  Almost everyone I know lost power because of the storm.  We were lucky and survived unscathed.  In the morning, we took an early walk to check out the damage.  Trees were down everywhere and the boys had fun pointing them all out.

The rest of the day was spent at the pool (which was overrun by those without power at home).  In the evening we had a playdate and dinner with friends.  We were grateful that we were untouched by any of the storm damage.
