The boys' joint birthday gift arrived a few days ago. C spent an evening doing the assembly and charging the battery so that it was would be ready to go early Saturday. The boys were delighted to see it parked in the house. Instead of our normal walk, they took turns driving to the coffee shop and bagel store. Then a quick pit stop to eat and feed the birds before driving to the playground to take some laps on the soccer field. By the time we drove back to the house, they were both expert drivers.
