Why I Love Christmas

So grateful for the uninterrupted time to spend with my little family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Enjoying homemade hot pot and watching the kids have fun with it.

Seeing the boys in their new Christmas pajamas.

Last minute holiday decorating around the house.

Opening the last of the holiday cards from friends.

C and I staying up late to wrap all of the boys' presents.

Watching the boys open all of their presents and digging into their stockings.

Making a big breakfast that includes bacon for Christmas morning.

Extra cups of coffee.

Going for a family hike in warm, foggy weather.

Preparing for the Christmas feast.

Baking challah bread (my newish Christmas tradition!).

Playing some of our new games.

Visiting the National Gallery of Art for art, shopping, and lunch the day after.

Buying some toys that Santa couldn't get from Amazon  ;-)
