Water Guns In The Morning
This is a photo of the boys, about an hour and a half old, during preschool drop off. With water guns. BB took DD and walked him into his classroom. Very big brotherly of him.
The press of Fall is upon me now. Halloween costumes have been ordered, winter coats and shoes purchased, new schedules established. I've got my eye on a couple of Fall Festivals. And C is taking BB camping in a few weeks.
Yesterday evening we took a walk to the Circle after the boys had their dinner and then detoured to the bookstore on the way home. By 7:50 it was pitch dark outside save for the ambient lighting of the city and I knew that shortly we would be "falling forward" and we'd probably be taking less evening strolls. BB, because he is a kid, an extremely happy kid, rattled off the calendar as he sees it - pumpkins and Halloween, Thanksgiving (which he is not enthused about), Christmas and Santa Claus and Easter. That's how he sees things. Don't you eveny him?
