The original plan was to take a Christmas vacation to go skiing, but as each of us fell ill to the worst cold in the world, that trip got cancelled. C was determined, however, to get the boys on skis this year. After a day trip, the boys were bitten by the ski bug (is there such a thing?). Over the MLK weekend, C took the boys for a 4-day trip to ski in the mountains of Pennsylvania. And yes, I was home alone!
C is not photo person so I only have a few pics to show. Four of the five weeks in January are short weeks, presenting several opportunities for short getaways. This coming weekend is my turn to take BB and DD on a special trip. Stay tuned for details. And the final long weekend? That's still up for grabs.
