The Kitchen

Some shots from our kitchen last night while I was thinking about what to make for dinner for the boys.  The little herb garden is on our back deck right off the kitchen so I can see and access them easily.  The blue and white teacups were thrifted this past weekend.  I washed them and hung them on this little stand I had sitting around.

It stormed last night.  It has rained recently but not nearly with the force and the thunderstorms of last night.  After days of heat that won't break, it was refreshing to have a nice storm.  Of course it's no cooler this morning.  I always sleep well when it rains at night.
