Another Fall Beach Day

Our last beach trip was so successful, that we went again the last weekend of October and forgot to tell you all about it.  Sunday called for soaking rains but Saturday was perfect.  We headed to Leesylvania State Park, a place I found after some research.  We loved it and definitely will be back.  When the boys hear there is a beach, everything else go out the window so we missed out on all the hiking trails.  C and I spread out our towels and laid back while they played in the sand, built a fortress out of drift wood, and waded into the water.

Leesylvania offers lots of trails and a nature center but you know we never made it to anything else once the boys saw the signs for the beach.  The weather doesn't seem as though it will be warm again so this is probably our last beach trip for awhile.
