An August Weekend

I've been looking at the calendar, counting the weeks, days, before school starts up again.  Weekends in August are numbered and to tell you the truth, we haven't done much with our weekends besides relax.  A trip to the museum was to enjoy the architecture more than the collections, eat a cafeteria lunch, and buy some silly back to school wares from the museum shop.  

One more Summer trip and a few more precious weekends before it's all over and we yield to the school calendar and cooler weather.  Our vacation to Maine and swim team tryouts at the beginning of Summer seemed like forever ago.  I hope that the remainder of Summer lasts and lasts.
