Summer Vacation

We are back from our first vacation of the summer.  The first leg of the trip involved a visit to NYC. The beautiful weather allowed us to walk the entirety of the new Brooklyn Bridge Park.  BB and DD rejoiced in walking hand-in-hand with their beloved JoJo and JoMa the entire time.  It's a funny thing to see your children so in love with people other than yourself.  Every once in a while, I saw DD turn to look back for me.  He still needed to make sure that I was there.
