Sightseeing

More scenes from our time in Montreal.  We visited Mont Royal Parc and had a great view of all of Montreal.  We also let the boys walk through a beautiful cemetery.  They've been wanting to see gravestones up close, something I thought too morbid, this cemetery was really lovely so we let them. We also visited the Old Port and its many lovely shops and cafes. It was here that the boys found their favorite gelateria which had a dairy-free sorbet that BB loved.  

Only a little more than a week removed from when these photos were taken and I'm already a world away.  The boys are starting their second week of summer camp and we finally swam at our new pool this past weekend.  Summer has made it's way into our lives for sure.  The defrosting from the harsh and long winter took a while but I think we, and those around us, have finally recovered.
