And just like that, my first born is eight years old today. We celebrated over the weekend with our whole family, including JoJo and JoMa who made the trip from NYC. There will be our own small family celebration tonight and then birthday parties for both this coming weekend. It's all going too fast for me. It'd be nice to be able to slow these moments down instead of letting them take me by surprise.
Happy Birthday, BB! You are everything to us. A special treasure to Daddy and me, and really to everyone that knows you.
