The rain didn't let up this weekend but we still made a go of it at the pumpkin farm. We took a hayride down to the pumpkin fields to find a perfect pumpkin and some gooseneck gourds. We had tried a few pumpkin "patches" (already picked pumpkins laid out in a field) before going to the farm; BB said no, he wanted to go the place where pumpkins grow with vines and leaves that you can trip on! After we loaded up the tractor with our favorites, we headed to the market to buy some produce and apple cider. The best part of the outing was watching BB and DD push the black carts around, running and screaming.
