Another start to fall, another boys-only camping trip. The glorious weather we experienced last weekend was perfect for camping. With a car full of supplies, C, BB, and DD headed out Saturday morning. As usual it was centered around fire, food, and pocket knives. The report I got back: all the lighter fluid is gone; jumbo marshmallows make great torches; and soccer knives is a new game they invented.
While the boys were away, I met up with girl friends for brunch, manicures, and shopping. This particular group of friends all have sons-only so we're all outnumbered in our families.
It's another fabulous weekend here in D.C. and I can't wait!
