Boating on the Lake

I love a three-day weekend.  Over Labor Day, the extra day and beautiful weather gave us the opportunity to explore.  As part of their camping trip, they went to Black Hill Regional Park for some fishing on the huge lake.  They had such a good time that they wanted to take me also. The four of us rented a paddle boat and spent half the day exploring the lake.

I'm really feeling it now - summer is slipping away and the days are getting shorter.  Despite fiercely holding on to the end of summer, I'm now looking forward to fall.  These first two weeks of school have gone well but have also been busy with all activities starting up at the same time.  As usual, I'm trying to find smarter ways of getting my routine chores done.
