Snow Day

When we're all done, it will have been a very long weekend with school closed today for snow.  Yes, we finally got some snow with appreciable accumulations that required school and work closures.  I love waking up in the morning to look out our bedroom window and survey the powdery white in the back yard.  In the front yard, I noticed footprints from the street to our door - likely driveway shovelers.

If it's going to be cold, then please snow like it did.  The boys will be donning their snowpants after a breakfast of soup to enjoy what most likely will be the last (and really only) snow of this Winter. We again acquired more books, toys, and board games over the long weekend so we're stocked up there. (I'll do another update on the board games soon).  Blue Apron is coming today so we're not in danger of running out of food either. 

Further on the entertainment front, after shopping and lunch yesterday, we went to see Paddington.  If you haven't already, I highly recommend it.  Much much better than I expected!
